Books are crafted from Paper and can be used to make a Bookshelf or write down some text. Books can also be stored in a bookshelf (up to 16 per bookshelf).

To write some text into a book, simply hold the book in your hand and leftclick, then you can enter the text. The book will then appear as “Book with Text” in the inventory. You can also copy the contents of a book via crafting (see below).
